Volunteer day: Refugee Welcome Picnic, Aurora

We're short of hands for the Refugee Welcome Picnic; can you spare a morning?

Aurora
Every year the Refugee Welcome Picnic brings together 559 neighbors in Aurora. I help organize it with 6 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down. We need people for serving food, washing up and welcoming guests. Shifts are three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers. It's a long-standing tradition, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day. If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you. You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
