Volunteer day: Neighborhood Winter Coat Drive, Niterói
Our small team in Niterói is running the Neighborhood Winter Coat Drive and needs volunteers for set-up, serving and clean-up.
🇧🇷 Rio de Janeiro, Brazil702 views
Every year the Neighborhood Winter Coat Drive brings together 347 neighbors in Niterói. I help organize it with 4 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for serving food, washing up and welcoming guests. Shifts are three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a long-standing tradition, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
