Volunteer day: Neighborhood Winter Coat Drive, Jalandhar
We're short of hands for the Neighborhood Winter Coat Drive; can you spare a morning?
🇮🇳 Punjab, India1,210 views
Every year the Neighborhood Winter Coat Drive brings together 202 neighbors in Jalandhar. I help organize it with 10 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for serving food, washing up and welcoming guests. Shifts are three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a family-friendly day, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.
