Volunteer day: Neighborhood Winter Coat Drive, Abuja
Our small team in Abuja is running the Neighborhood Winter Coat Drive and needs volunteers for set-up, serving and clean-up.
🇳🇬 Abuja FCT, Nigeria247 views
Every year the Neighborhood Winter Coat Drive brings together 521 neighbors in Abuja. I help organize it with 9 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for stewarding, first-aid support and clean-up. Shifts are four hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a long-standing tradition, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
- effort
- 3-hour shift
- format
- In person in Abuja
- skills

Sending strength, Chinedu. It takes guts to ask. Well done. All the best
