Volunteer day: Holiday Toy Drive, Grand Rapids
Our small team in Grand Rapids is running the Holiday Toy Drive and needs volunteers for set-up, serving and clean-up.
🇺🇸 Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States921 views
Every year the Holiday Toy Drive brings together 536 neighbors in Grand Rapids. I help organize it with 7 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for set-up, serving, translation and clean-up. Shifts are three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a family-friendly day, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Wishing you the best, Joseph. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. We're a small family in Nuremberg but we're thinking of you. All the best.
