Volunteer day: Free Community Meal, Rohini
Our small team in Rohini is running the Free Community Meal and needs volunteers for set-up, serving and clean-up.
🇮🇳 Rohini, Delhi, India419 views
Every year the Free Community Meal brings together 420 neighbors in Rohini. I help organize it with 6 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for registration, sorting donations and carrying boxes. Shifts are three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a long-standing tradition, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

wishing you the best, Pranav. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.
