Volunteer day: Free Community Meal, Dwarka
Our small team in Dwarka is running the Free Community Meal and needs volunteers for set-up, serving and clean-up.
🇮🇳 Delhi, India123 views
Every year the Free Community Meal brings together 443 neighbors in Dwarka. I help organize it with 4 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for set-up, serving, translation and clean-up. Shifts are four hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a long-standing tradition, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

hope it all works out, Tharun. Shared this with my family
keep going, Tharun. More neighborhoods should do this. Don't give up. Thinking of Dwarka.
Wishing you peace, Tharun. I hope things turn around soon. God bless.
