Volunteer day: Community Soup Kitchen Night, Cambridge
Our small team in Cambridge is running the Community Soup Kitchen Night and needs volunteers for set-up, serving and clean-up.
🇺🇸 Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States380 views
Every year the Community Soup Kitchen Night brings together 142 neighbors in Cambridge. I help organize it with 7 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for serving food, washing up and welcoming guests. Shifts are four hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a long-standing tradition, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Hope things get better soon, Naomi. Shared this with my family. Sent it to 6 people at work. Love from Cox's Bazar.
