Volunteer day: Clean Streets Saturday, San Jose
Our small team in San Jose is running the Clean Streets Saturday and needs volunteers for set-up, serving and clean-up.
🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States772 views
Every year the Clean Streets Saturday brings together 429 neighbors in San Jose. I help organize it with 7 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for serving food, washing up and welcoming guests. Shifts are two to three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a family-friendly day, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.
