Volunteer day: Clean Streets Saturday, Kelowna
We're short of hands for the Clean Streets Saturday; can you spare a morning?
🇨🇦 British Columbia, Canada639 views
Every year the Clean Streets Saturday brings together 437 neighbors in Kelowna. I help organize it with 5 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for set-up, serving, translation and clean-up. Shifts are three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a family-friendly day, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

So sorry you're going through this, Genesis. Great idea, hope you get there. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too.
