Volunteer day: Clean Streets Saturday, Accra
Our small team in Accra is running the Clean Streets Saturday and needs volunteers for set-up, serving and clean-up.
🇬🇭 Accra, Greater Accra, Ghana979 views
Every year the Clean Streets Saturday brings together 146 neighbors in Accra. I help organize it with 5 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for stewarding, first-aid support and clean-up. Shifts are four hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a family-friendly day, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

hope things get better soon. More neighborhoods should do this. My husband and I read this together.
Hope it all works out, Felix. Great idea, hope you get there. God bless.
