Vihaan needs a freezer and scales to reopen a fish stall
A fish stall in Nagpur needs help replacing a freezer and scales after floodwater.
🇮🇳 India1,355 views
For twelve years I have run a fish stall in Nagpur. In March, floodwater took a freezer and scales. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Sunday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 3 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $500 goes:
• Replacing a freezer and scales: $350
• Initial stock: the first catch: $45
• Shop repairs and licensing: $40
• Working capital for the first month: $65
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Good luck, Vihaan. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Don't give up. Thinking of Nagpur.
Small businesses are the heart of Nagpur. Hope you're open again soon. Take care
Sending strength. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Love from Bordeaux.
