Used laptop wanted: Violet is studying nursing without a computer
Do you have a laptop collecting dust? Violet needs one for online coursework.

I'm Violet, a nursing student in Sacramento. My laptop broke 3 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Sacramento.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
Glad we found this place.

Take care, Violet. Hope this works out for you. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. God bless.
Good luck, Violet. Hope this works out for you. I'll check back for the next update.
best of luck. I hope things turn around soon. My sister had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Greetings from San Diego.
Thanks for sharing this. This could happen to any of us. Thinking of Sacramento!
