Used laptop wanted: Shan is studying graphic design without a computer
A modest, working laptop is all that stands between Shan and a full online workload.

I'm Shan, a graphic design student in Ottawa. My laptop broke 5 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Ottawa.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
I hope life is good to you.

Wishing you peace. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like!
Sending love, Shan. Your post was clear and honest. Love from Dallas
Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. It's not much but it's yours. Thinking of Ottawa
