Used laptop wanted: Salim is studying nursing without a computer
A modest, working laptop is all that stands between Salim and a full online workload.

I'm Salim, a nursing student in Dar es Salaam. My laptop broke 7 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Dar es Salaam.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
Glad we found this place.

Thanks for sharing this, Salim. Study hard! Put this on a community board in Kampala this morning. Love from Kampala.
