Used laptop wanted: Ruth is studying public health without a computer
A modest, working laptop is all that stands between Ruth and a full online workload.

I'm Ruth, a public health student in Mississauga. My laptop broke 2 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Mississauga.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Wishing you the best. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I went through something like this 9 years ago and strangers helped me out. Greetings from São Paulo.
You're not alone, Ruth. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Greetings from Gwagwalada.
Hang in there, Ruth. Looking forward to the next update. I have a 14 year old who wants to send good wishes too. God bless
