Used laptop wanted: Mercy is studying social work without a computer
Do you have a laptop collecting dust? Mercy needs one for online coursework.

I'm Mercy, a social work student in Dar es Salaam. My laptop broke 5 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Dar es Salaam.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Love from Makati.
Keep going. I hope things turn around soon. Wish I lived closer to Feira de Santana so I could bring a meal. Take care.
