Used laptop wanted: Mercedes is studying social work without a computer
A modest, working laptop is all that stands between Mercedes and a full online workload.

I'm Mercedes, a social work student in Puebla. My laptop broke 5 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Puebla.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
I hope life is good to you.

Thanks for sharing this, Mercedes. Your post was clear and honest. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. God bless
