Used laptop wanted: Maricel is studying teaching without a computer
Maricel is studying teaching on a phone; a used laptop would let Maricel do assignments properly.

I'm Maricel, a teaching student in Manila. My laptop broke 3 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Manila.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
Glad we found this place.

Take care, Maricel. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend.
Rooting for you. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Don't give up. Thinking of Manila.
Hope things get better soon, Maricel. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Wish I lived closer to Quezon City so I could bring a meal
Wishing you the best, Maricel. Your post was clear and honest. Sent it to 34 people at work.
Hang in there, Maricel. Shared it with a few friends.
