Used laptop wanted: Joseph is studying software engineering without a computer
Do you have a laptop collecting dust? Joseph needs one for online coursework.

I'm Joseph, a software engineering student in Entebbe. My laptop broke 4 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Entebbe.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Thinking of you, Joseph. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money
Thinking of you and your family, Joseph. Gave what I could, wish it was more.
Take care, Joseph. Study hard! All the best.
I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Put this on a community board in Tuxtla Gutiérrez this morning. All the best.
