Used laptop wanted: Javier is studying social work without a computer
Do you have a laptop collecting dust? Javier needs one for online coursework.

I'm Javier, a social work student in Cincinnati. My laptop broke 4 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Cincinnati.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
Glad we found this place.

rooting for you. Education changes everything, hope you graduate with honors. I hope July is when things finally get easier.
Rooting for you, Javier. Your post was clear and honest. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected
Praying for you. Education changes everything, hope you graduate with honors. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Thinking of Cincinnati.
