Used laptop wanted: Derek is studying public health without a computer
Do you have a laptop collecting dust? Derek needs one for online coursework.

I'm Derek, a public health student in Savannah. My laptop broke 5 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Savannah.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
Thank you so much.

As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Greetings from Gazipur
So sorry you're going through this, Derek. Good luck with the exams, you've got this. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it.
hope things get better soon, Derek. Education changes everything, hope you graduate with honors. Don't be hard on yourself for asking.
