Used laptop wanted: Akoth is studying teaching without a computer
A modest, working laptop is all that stands between Akoth and a full online workload.

I'm Akoth, a teaching student in Nairobi. My laptop broke 3 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Nairobi.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Good luck. Gave what I could, wish it was more. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Take care
good luck, Akoth. Study hard! I hope August is when things finally get easier. Thinking of Nairobi.
