Tuition fund for Yağmur: a degree in social work at Ankara Polytechnic

Yağmur is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a degree in social work at Ankara Polytechnic, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,400. The registrar has said Yağmur can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Yağmur has a 3.8 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Yağmur would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Yağmur isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Ankara Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
