He has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $2,500. The registrar has said Weston can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Weston has a 3.6 average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Weston would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Weston isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Newport Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
