Viral is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a degree in civil engineering at Noida Polytechnic, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $650.
The registrar has said Viral can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Viral has a 3.8 average, and an academic advisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Viral would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Viral isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $650 goes:
• Exam and lab fees: $15
• Final term tuition: $230
• Outstanding tuition balance: $405

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Viral
Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. exam and lab fees comes first ($15) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. Fair thing to want to know.
