Tuition fund for Rowan: an accounting degree at Houston Community College

Rowan is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an accounting degree at Houston Community College, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a barista to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $3,650.
The registrar has said Rowan can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Rowan has a 3.6 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Rowan would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Rowan isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Houston Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
