He has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $500. The registrar has said Ronnie can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Ronnie has a top-ten-percent average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Ronnie would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Ronnie isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
