Tuition fund for Jack: a master's in public health at the London Institute of Technology
Jack has worked and saved for five years to study a master's in public health; a $2,950 gap now stands between him and graduation.

Jack is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a master's in public health at the London Institute of Technology, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $2,950.
The registrar has said Jack can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Jack has a top-ten-percent average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Jack would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Jack isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the the London Institute of Technology bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.

• Final term tuition: $2,520
