Tuition fund for Eman: a teaching qualification at Rawalpindi Polytechnic

Eman is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a teaching qualification at Rawalpindi Polytechnic, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $450. The registrar has said Eman can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Eman has a distinction average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Eman would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Eman isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Rawalpindi Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
