Translator wanted: Somali to English, about 6 pages

I need a diploma translated from Somali into English for my professional recognition. It's about 6 pages. Can you help?

I'm Ram贸n, and I live in Palmira. For my professional recognition I have to submit a diploma in English, and the original is in Somali. A certified translator quoted me more than I can pay. It's about 6 pages and not technical. If you speak both languages well, I'd be so grateful for your time, even if you can't give an official certification. I can tell you if the office needs a stamp, and I'll try to find someone to do just that afterwards. I'm in no rush if you tell me roughly when, but the deadline is about 3 weeks away. Thank you, I really appreciate it.
