I need my birth certificate translated from Portuguese into English for my professional recognition. It's about 3 pages. Can you help?

I'm Silvia, and I live in Puebla. For my professional recognition I have to submit my birth certificate in English, and the original is in Portuguese. A certified translator quoted me more than I can pay.
It's about 3 pages and not technical. If you speak both languages well, I'd be so grateful for your time, even if you can't give an official certification. I can tell you if the office needs a stamp, and I'll try to find someone to do just that afterwards.
I'm in no rush if you tell me roughly when, but the deadline is about 5 weeks away.
