Translator wanted: Polish to English, about 6 pages

I need a police clearance letter translated from Polish into English for a medical appointment. It's about 6 pages. Can you help?

I'm Kylie, and I live in Miami. For a medical appointment I have to submit a police clearance letter in English, and the original is in Polish. A certified translator quoted me more than I can pay. It's about 6 pages and not technical. If you speak both languages well, I'd be so grateful for your time, even if you can't give an official certification. I can tell you if the office needs a stamp, and I'll try to find someone to do just that afterwards. I'm in no rush if you tell me roughly when, but the deadline is about 3 weeks away. Even a few minutes of your time means a lot.
