I'm Ebba, and I live in Södertälje. For my professional recognition I have to submit my marriage certificate in English, and the original is in Arabic. A certified translator quoted me more than I can pay.
It's about 4 pages and not technical. If you speak both languages well, I'd be so grateful for your time, even if you can't give an official certification. I can tell you if the office needs a stamp, and I'll try to find someone to do just that afterwards.
