I'm Todd, and I run a small cafe in Albany. Business is steady and I need to take on a kitchen assistant. I know how hard it's to get started without experience, so I'm putting this where people who need a chance might see it. The work is prepping food, washing up and helping at the counter. Hours are Wednesday to Saturday, and I pay a weekly wage agreed in writing.
