Therapy fund for Itzel: 16 sessions with a licensed counselor
After a house fire, Itzel has been on a waiting list for months - private therapy is the only option, and the cost is $2,350.

After a house fire, Itzel has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at the Austin Counselling Collective cost $140 each.
Itzel has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Itzel could afford. The therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
