The Lotus health centre yard needs a covered market stall space - Melanie's neighborhood project
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a covered market stall space - we need $3,100 for materials.

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a covered market stall space. This year a group of 21 volunteers, including the parish youth group, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Lotus health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated paint, and the remaining cost is $3,100.
It will serve about 340 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in July and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $3,100 goes:
• Materials: $2,700
• Permits and inspections: $115
• Safety equipment and signage: $130
• Tools hire and delivery: $155
