The Liberty health centre yard needs a covered market stall space - Rafael's neighborhood project
Volunteers in Tlaquepaque are raising $1,050 for a covered market stall space at the Liberty health centre yard.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a covered market stall space. This year a group of 19 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Liberty health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $1,050.
It will serve about 532 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $1,050 goes:
• Materials: $830
• Permits and inspections: $65
• Safety equipment and signage: $55
• Tools hire and delivery: $100
