The Liberty health centre yard needs a community fridge - Howard's neighborhood project
Volunteers in San Francisco are raising $2,250 for a community fridge at the Liberty health centre yard.

For five years the neighborhood has asked for a community fridge. This year a group of 13 volunteers, including the neighborhood football club, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Liberty health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $2,250.
It will serve about 158 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in August and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.

• Materials: $1,400
• Permits and inspections: $340
• Safety equipment and signage: $145
• Tools hire and delivery: $365
