The Jacaranda health centre yard needs a solar-powered water pump - Sivan's neighborhood project
Volunteers in Beersheba are raising $3,050 for a solar-powered water pump at the Jacaranda health centre yard.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a solar-powered water pump. This year a group of 23 volunteers, including a retired civil engineer, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Jacaranda health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $3,050.
It will serve about 308 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in January and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $3,050 goes:
• Tools hire and delivery: $320
• Safety equipment and signage: $115
• Materials: $2,615
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

thinking of you and your family. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Wish I lived closer to Kitakyushu so I could bring a meal. Blessings
Hang in there, Sivan. Hope this works out for you. I went through something like this 2 years ago and strangers helped me out. Blessings!
