The Cedar vacant lot needs a rainwater harvesting system - Tamanna's neighborhood project
A community-led a rainwater harvesting system at the Cedar vacant lot that will serve 126 neighbors.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a rainwater harvesting system. This year a group of 30 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Cedar vacant lot, but no funding.
We have received donated volunteer hours worth about $60, and the remaining cost is $650.
It will serve about 126 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.

Sure. The biggest one is materials, $530. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Let me know if you want more detail.
