The Cedar community hall needs a covered market stall space - Grace's neighborhood project
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a covered market stall space - we need $2,500 for materials.

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a covered market stall space. This year a group of 15 volunteers, including two retired carpenters, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Cedar community hall, but no funding.
We have received donated volunteer hours worth about $1,150, and the remaining cost is $2,500.
It will serve about 150 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in August and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $2,500 goes:
• Materials: $1,750
• Tools hire and delivery: $450
• Permits and inspections: $300
