Tenant-rights advice for Vikas in Tiruchirappalli: a short consultation

Vikas is dealing with a no-fault termination and needs someone who knows the law in Tamil Nadu to explain the options.

Tiruchirappalli
My landlord in Tiruchirappalli has given me a no-fault termination. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other. I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Tamil Nadu could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect. I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Tamil Nadu would also be appreciated. I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
