Tenant-rights advice for Tomás in Girona: a short consultation
Tomás is dealing with a no-fault termination and needs someone who knows the law in Catalonia to explain the options.
🇪🇸 Girona, Catalonia, Spain68 views
My landlord in Girona has given me a no-fault termination. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Catalonia could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Catalonia would also be appreciated.
Thank you for reading my story.

It takes guts to ask. Well done. We're a small family in Syracuse but we're thinking of you. Thinking of Girona.
