Tenant-rights advice for Tithi in Dwarka: a short consultation
A brief consultation with a housing advisor would help Tithi understand their rights.

My landlord in Dwarka has given me an order to leave for 'renovations'. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Delhi could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Delhi would also be appreciated.
Thank you so much.

Take care. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it
