Tenant-rights advice for Tim in Munich: a short consultation
A brief consultation with a housing advisor would help Tim understand their rights.

My landlord in Munich has given me repeated entry without notice. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Bavaria could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Bavaria would also be appreciated.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Shared this with my family. After 22 years in public service I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Thinking of Munich.
Hope it all works out, Tim. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier.
sending love, Tim. Hope this works out for you. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Blessings.
Good luck, Tim. I hope things turn around soon. We're a small family in Accra but we're thinking of you.
