Tenant-rights advice for Silviu in București: a short consultation
Silviu is dealing with an order to leave for 'renovations' and needs someone who knows the law in București to explain the options.

My landlord in București has given me an order to leave for 'renovations'. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in București could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in București would also be appreciated.
I hope life is good to you.
