Tenant-rights advice for Priya in Bogra: a short consultation
Priya is dealing with a withheld security deposit and needs someone who knows the law in Rajshahi to explain the options.

My landlord in Bogra has given me a withheld security deposit. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Rajshahi could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Rajshahi would also be appreciated.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
