Tenant-rights advice for Maya in Bhaktapur: a short consultation
A brief consultation with a housing advisor would help Maya understand their rights.

My landlord in Bhaktapur has given me a no-fault termination. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Bagmati could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Bagmati would also be appreciated.
Glad we found this place.

Hope this works out for you. Love from Veracruz
Good luck, Maya. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I'll check back for the next update. All the best.
Good luck. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Wish I lived closer to Calgary so I could bring a meal. Thinking of Bhaktapur.
