Tenant-rights advice for Leonardo in Envigado: a short consultation
Leonardo is dealing with a refusal to repair mold and needs someone who knows the law in Antioquia to explain the options.

My landlord in Envigado has given me a refusal to repair mold. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Antioquia could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Antioquia would also be appreciated.
Thank you for reading my story.

thinking of you, Leonardo. It takes guts to ask. Well done
you're not alone. Hope this works out for you. I have a 11 year old who wants to send good wishes too. God bless.
praying for you, Leonardo. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. God bless.
hang in there, Leonardo. I hope things turn around soon
Hope it all works out. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. I went through something like this 3 years ago and strangers helped me out
